You can change the title and subtitle in your infographic inside the Information tab. The top text field is the title, right below it is the subtitle.
We recommend keeping the title short, about 1/3 of the width of the infographic. The subtitle can be longer.

If you prefer to have no title or subtitle or both, you can delete them on the left and they will disappear in the infographic.
