If You Forgot Your Password
If you forgot your password and cannot log in, please follow these steps to reset it:
1. Go to the Home Page
Go to the home page adioma.com and click "log in"
2. Go to the Login Page
On login page click on "Forgot Your Password".
3. Click "Send Password Reset Link"
Type in your email address and click "Send Password Reset Link". The reset link will be emailed to the same address with which you registered your account. If you do not receive the password email, please check the spam folder.
4. Follow the instruction on the password reset email
You will receive an email with a link that you need to click.
5. Enter your new password and confirm it
Once you click the link, you will be directed to the password reset page. You will need to enter your new password two times and click "Reset Password".
Changing Your Password
If you are logged in and want to change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your account menu
Make sure you are logged into your Adioma account and click on the upper right corner account menu.
2. Click on account settings
Click on "Account Settings" in the dropdown menu.
3. Click on "Change Password"
Click on "Change Password" link below your email address.
4. Type in your old and new passwords
Type in your old password (this is a security measure) and then type in your new password two times to confirm it.
5. Make sure you see the confirmation notification
When the password is updated, you will see a confirmation message.
Please do not share your Adioma password with anyone. If you would like to share your account with other people, this is possible with the Business subscription.
If you would like to use Facebook to login to your account, you can link your Facebook account to your Adioma account in the Account settings menu.
