You can upload multiple fields of text into Adioma at once. Look at the bottom of the information tab to find the "Upload All Text" button.

This pop-up window will appear. It it you can paste text that is formatted list a list. Every point has to start from a new line. It does not have to be numbered.

When you click on "Import" the text in the list will automatically be inserted into a template. Here is an example:

If you already uploaded your text and want to make changes, you can do it one of two ways. 

    2. you can go to "Upload All Text" again and  paste the text     again, and making the necessary changes before importing it.
