Can I request a refund of my subscription charge?

For your monthly subscription, you have 48 hours after the transaction to request a refund, but please be advised that we reserve the right to decline that request should we see high activity on your account within this time.

For annual subscriptions, we do not issue refunds.

If you see a billing error, please contact us, and we will take care of your request as soon as possible.
