To upgrade from any type of account, go to your account menu and click on "My Subscription" then click on "Change my Plan".

You will see the pricing page where you can choose your new subscription type. If there are unused days left in your previous subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused days automatically.

Downgrading works the same way.
